For 5% bonus points you can participate in the final evluation of the class. To do that you just need to fill out the following questionnaire. This should take about 2 hours.

Once your questionnaire is filled up you must save it onto a word file that is easy to read (.doc or .rtf) and submit it to me anonymously. To that effect you will have to use an email address that I have created specifically for the students registered in this course.

Go to yahoo mail and sign in as:

Send me an email from this yahoo email address at gautier@icess.ucsb.edu attaching your questionnaire as a file following the procedure indicated in yahoo mail. You must select a five digit number including 3 letters in the middle (e.g., 1aaa2) that you must remember until June 12. You can identify yourself only with the five digit number that you made up. Do not sign it with your own name if you want to remain anonymous.

I will post on this webpage the list of questionnaires I have received identified by their numbers and the date and time. If you do not see your questionnaire number listed (and others that have a time tag later that your submission are listed), send me another email using the same anonymous yahoo email procedure to let me know that you do not see you paper (identified by its number). I will then make sure that I put it up, if I have received it.
